By accessing and using the Ample New Energies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Ample New Energies provides commercial solar LED lighting products and related services. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ample New Energies. Payment terms are specified on individual quotations and purchase orders. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for established customers.

Shipping and Delivery

Ample New Energies will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted delivery dates. However, delivery dates are estimates only and Ample New Energies is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns require prior written authorization from Ample New Energies. Authorized returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

Ample New Energies's liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. In no event shall Ample New Energies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
